If the white spot is porcelain white under the lamp, the possibility of vitiligo is relatively large; If it is gray or other colors, it is not vitiligo.

Reflectance Confocal Microscopy Examination

The occurrence, development, curative effect and lesion changes of patients with vitiligo were observed visually, real-time and dynamically by using the optical principle and computer three-dimensional tomography technology, which provided a more scientific and reliable diagnostic basis for patients with vitiligo.

Microelement Detection

It has been confirmed that tyrosinase is based on copper ion as cogroup, and its activity is closely related to copper ion. Tyrosinase is a key enzyme in melanin synthesis. Therefore, in the examination of vitiligo patients, the detection of trace elements is an essential procedure. Histopathology

Histopathological examination is also called tissue biopsy. It is necessary to cut off a piece of skin and observe the changes of the local skin of vitiligo under a microscope after treatment.
