Select the skin of abdomen or upper arm, irradiate with a certain dose of 308nm excimer laser, observe the erythema reaction 24 hours after irradiation, and determine the MED of patients. Adverse reactions

Erythema, blisters, itching, burning, generally relatively mild and short-lived, most can be self-alleviated. If blisters appear, the treatment should be paused. When the blisters subside the treatment can be continued. These are expected side effects of treatment, no need to worry about.
