Three Symptom About Vitiligo Treatment

Vitiligo is long skin condition that caused by insufficient of melanophore or melanin cell damaged, which means skin tissues contain melanophore have chance to lose pigment. According to large number of clinical case, often the white patches begin on areas of skin that are easily exposed to the sun,like face,neck,waist,etc. There are two main reason white patches easily showed up at above part: First, the density of melanin cell is high in skin that exposure under sun for long time, it will easily cause melanophore disorder, also with sun radiation increase the possibility for outside injure which means increase the incidence chance; Second, the above part was easily injured by friction.

And there are two stage during vitiligo treatment: The sign of vitiligo is the presence of pale patchy areas of depigmented skin which tend to occur on the extremities. The patches are initially small, but often grow and change shape. When skin lesions occur, they are most prominent on the face, hands and wrists. The loss of skin pigmentation is particularly noticeable around body orifices, such as the mouth, eyes, nostrils, genitalia and umbilicus. Some lesions have increased skin pigment around the edges.Patients who are stigmatized for their condition may experience depression and similar mood disorders. The white patches stop develop, the border is clear, and the pigment around white patches is deepen. The isomorphic reaction will not accrued by using some medicine or mechanical irritation, which means patient could use external drug, help it from stabilize condition transfer to recover stage. During recover stage, the border will be very clear, and pigment around white patches shrink, the center of the white spot will show small black spot coming out, which means the melanophore function is recovered.

About isomorphic reaction is that if patient don’t have white patches at this area, but after injured or medical allergy it will increase the vitiligo part. It can caused by medical irritation, surgery, also with outside injure.
