Vitiligo is a kind of common acquired limited or generalized skin pigment loss disease due to loss of melanophore function. It can happen to various parts of the body, most commonly in back of finger, wrist, front arm, face, neck and genital area, etc.

The margin of vitiligo is very clear, and the pigment at the margin is more than that of the normal area, the hair at lesion can be white or normal. Lesion usually happens to exposed area or injured parts and distributed symmetrically.
It can also be distributed in band shape or follow nerve segments, besides skin injuries, it can also involves in lips, labia, balanus as well as mucous of inside of prepuce.
